I recently had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Whitney for a condition that had not been addressed in North America with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. While similar treatments were available in Europe, I was eager to explore local options and contacted Dr. Whitney for assistance.

From the outset, Dr. Whitney exhibited an exceptional level of curiosity and dedication. Despite the novelty of my condition, he thoroughly researched it and, remarkably, agreed to perform the stem cell treatment. This decision was not only groundbreaking but also demonstrated his commitment to pushing the boundaries of medical knowledge for the benefit of his patients.

What sets Dr. Whitney apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. Recognizing the need for specialized equipment for my treatment, he took the extraordinary step of acquiring the necessary tools. I was extremely grateful and never expected such a generous act.

In addition to his medical expertise, his compassionate nature shines through. He could have easily turned away from a challenging case like mine (many other clinics did because of the difficulty to reach the injection site in the sinuses), but instead, he embraced the opportunity to make a positive impact on my life and potentially the lives of others facing similar challenges.

I am quite puzzled by all the glowing reviews as my experience was very different. I am tempted to rate this office 2 or 3 stars, but perhaps this was an isolated case.

My consultation began with the doctor telling me "I have 15 minutes so what questions do you have." There were not any printouts, photos, or anything that I would have expected to build up my comfort level. A short diagram was drawn on a whiteboard about the type of stem cells used, and there were a few notes taken. I was told there was an IV, then something about an option for blood, and something else about the eyes. I was even reminded a second time about the time.... there were not any customers waiting which is what seemed odd.

I was left with the impression that this clinic expect its customers to know what they want before they go through the door and take little care in the education or comfort level of the client.

My frame of reference include high end chiropractic, specialists at Mayo, and even physical therapy. This is actually the first consultation that I recall where I have ever felt rushed and the feeling I was not taken seriously. I am not sure exactly what the problem is, maybe they need to charge for the consult if time is such a concern.

I was also told an email with the quote and some reference for me to understand further would be emailed. The way it was said absolutely lacked intention and was filled with insincerity, and I was correct as nothing ever did come.

I cannot comment if this is good office for the actual procedure, but the initial user experience suggests that there may be deeper problems.

I went to Innate Healthcare yesterday. The staff were very friendly, and had a nice conversation with Angela the Medical Assistant. I went to see Dr. Whitney and found him to be very caring and takes the time to listen to you. He is really knowledgeable about the healing potential of stem cell therapy. I received an acupuncture and cupping treatment yesterday which provided me with great relief to the headache I was experiencing. I highly recommend this clinic.
