Bienville is a very busy office. Longer wait times are expected. Even though we were there 3 hours. The MA came in several times to let us know that we hadn’t been forgotten and that makes you feel good. When the NP came in she was very apologetic for the wait time(I didn’t have a complaint about the wait). She was very thorough. She didn’t rush our consultation due to being behind schedule. She sat down explained the findings explained the surgery procedure and went above and beyond for my son. It was a great experience and I HIGHY RECOMMEND Bienville Orthopedics and Deborah Thompson-Lee NP. They have World Class Service and I appreciate the care and kindness shown to my son and myself.
