I am so thankful to be a patient of Dr. Cooper and this clinic. I have felt valued and respected from the day I walked through the door.
When my primary doctor retired, I was feeling medically discarded, as the doctor who took over her patients decided that he would not assist me through the remainder of my medical retirement that she had started. Dr. Cooper stepped in, resumed my care, and helped me continue through the remainder of the process.
The office staff has always made me feel welcome and safe. I choose to drive to Bend from Redmond for my medical care because I am confident in the care that Dr. Cooper, and the rest of the staff, have provided me.

Doctor Cooper is not rushed during our appointments, which is SUCH a different feeling compared to experiences at regular MD office or at urgent care clinics. My children love “Dr. Jocelyn” and finding a doctor who my children are comfortable with is great! She is appreciated and respected by my entire family. Jocelyn has solved so many medical issues naturally for my family. I trust her and have found great comfort in establishing care for my family with one naturally minded doctor who can fully get to know each individual instead of bouncing from physician to physician like we were doing before.
