IMAC Holdings was created in March 2015 to expand on the footprint of the original IMAC Regeneration Center, which opened in Kentucky in August 2000. IMAC Regeneration Centers combine life science advancements with traditional medical care for movement restricting diseases and conditions. IMAC owns or manages 15 outpatient clinics that provide regenerative, orthopedic and minimally invasive procedures and therapies. It has partnered with several active and former professional athletes, opening six Ozzie Smith IMAC Regeneration Centers, two David Price IMAC Regeneration Centers and a Tony Delk IMAC Regeneration Center. IMAC's outpatient medical clinics emphasize its focus around treating sports and orthopedic injuries and movement-restricting diseases without surgery or opioids.

Several years ago, I went to see Dr. Matt who completely cured an issue with chronic neck pain I'd been dealing with for more than 5 years. He cured me... I've been suffering with severe pain in my hips, or so I thought, for 5 years. After an MRI, doctors wanted to refer me for surgery! On my BACK!! No way! I sought and found him again at the regeneration center!! After thoughtful consideration and examination, a plan was formulated for treatment. After not being ABLE to walk with a Normal gate for years, I am now!! What a difference compassionate treatment is!! Thank you to Dr Matt and the team for helping me overcome suffering!!
