I had the worst experience with Jill the office manager. I got a call from them asking me to find a specialty pharmacy that will fill my prescription Botox for migraines, I suffer with Cronin migraines. I told the lady I have never had the run around to get the medicine before and that I don’t know who to call or what direction to go? I also told her I don’t want to be put on a pedestal because I’m the patient and it’s not my job. They are lazy pushing their work to be done by sick patients. I asked to speak to the office Manager and was transferred to Jill. I explained Jill what I was told very politely and she started yelling at me that if they want me to do things in their way I should do it? I have never in my life had someone attack me like that, she was beyond rude, unprofessional, the lady needs anger management. Horrible behavior! I asked to speak to an individual above her to voice my abuse from her and let the practice owner know they are losing patience because of awful behavior from management. Next day I got a voicemail that they have discharged me from the clinic. Dear practice owner please have the calls recorded, so you can see how awful patient are being treated. Don’t waste your time going to this clinic.

Andrew and his team over at Nevada Pain Care are truly outstanding in their field. I have dealt with a host of poorer health providers in the past. After my first visit I had a great deal of options presented to me for pain management and within an hour of leaving the office all of the secondary care providers had contacted me to schedule what was necessary in order to receive my treatment. I have never received this type of care from anyone else and I'm truly grateful for what they do.

I shouldn't be in this much pain after 4 visits to this place , when you have a doctor who doesn't take the time and read you chart , and they act like I am a addict this is the worst place I have ever been the only doctor here that actually seen like they were trying to help was Dr.Dale but this Dr. Adam nope like he saying things that Dr.Dale didn't even recommend. This pain is so bad that most people will put a gun 🔫 to they head and pull the trigger. I don't know how I'm living with this level. Nothing is helping you guy's sure not trying to help and I am not an addict that's how Dr Adam made me fill like he didn't even try and other solution except steroid injections,but with AVN that's not a great idea , it's his way or the high way
