Called and got in within a week, had previous knee surgery 5 years ago from another knee surgeon at a different office. Dr. Tuvi Mendel was the doctor that I seen for my first appointment after some x-rays he came in and did some strength tests then checked over my knee. Then gave me some options and told me his assessment of my knee. He also explained the previous surgery quite a bit more in detail than the first surgeon from 5 years ago. Check in staff was very polite and helpful. Very happy with the professionalism from everyone there!

I went there twice to see Dr. Dolphin, before and after an MRI was. I was diagnosed with 8 spinal conditions in the last 15 years with many spine doctors, orthopedic doctors, and chiropractors. I went to see Dr. Dolphin to get the best care needed for treatments.
Staff and Dr. Dolphin was unfriendly in both appointments, with a final statement from him...is that there is nothing wrong with my spine. Hmmm...pain and agony for 20 years and with proven conditions...how can a doc NOT treat someone?
In final say...no choice but to ask the medical board if he has credials.2

So I waited eight weeks for an appointment which was fine. The doctor I chose was.Dr.Mendel Which after reading about him he is an exceptional doctor. I filled out all my forms online. I arrive 20 minutes early went to check in handed in my license and insurance card. I was given an iPad to fill out a couple other items the receptionist told me to come back to her when I’m done. After about five minutes I finished everything and I was coming back up when a the receptionist told me to come back to her when I’m done. After about five minutes, I finished everything and I was coming back up when a another receptionist at the check-in counter said to me as rudely as I’ve ever been treated, sir, getting back of the line, her name was Chello I was take him back by this cause I was treated like a dog. I went to the other side and asked for my license and insurance card back and handed the pad in to the original receptionist. That one person apologize or said what’s the problem, but I think everybody at the counter knew what the problem was Chello. I hope I had the spelling right someone like her should never work with patients or the public. No smile no compassion for anybody. No unfortunately I have to leave town Friday so now I’ll have to find somewhere else to go and take about 12 weeks to get in. I would never walk back into that place with.Chello at the helm.
