Total scam. They don’t check your medical history nor records before treating patients. I was tricked into spending over $6k on excessive peptide injection protocol that has nothing to do with the root source of my pain. They knew from day one that I had a marathon coming and decided to give me PRP by hip without informing me of the PRP recovery time, which completely messed up my training plan. It was also beyond disturbing that they do not use ultrasound device as guidance to give me these injections left and right, they just eye ball everything and poked. I have gone to many pain management facilities before and this was never the case.
I canceled my marathon to just do a half. After that, I went to another stem cell clinic that sat down with me for over an hour (free consultation) to study my entire medical history, before treating me with injections left and right mindlessly. This is the proper, professional way. This new stem cell medical center found out the source of my pain was rooted from L3-5 herniated discs. I was given stem cell therapy that cost $2k LESS, and it completely fixed and healed me. I ran the big bear marathon couple weeks ago pain-free.
I regret ever coming to Regenerative Medical Group and trusting them until this day. $6k lost to this unprofessional and disorganized team and the doctors here refused to take responsibility in their lack of knowledge. Stay far far away from this place.
