I joined the 8 week challenge and I am loving it! Trying new classes, working out on my own. The staff here are super friendly and so willing to help with any questions you may have. The work out area and locker rooms are impeccably clean and I am losing weight! You should try this place!

Ive been at Rejuv for about a year now after being at my last gym for about 20 years. I’m enjoying the classes, especially the 9am. During these classes the instructors are good at giving you options that work for you-lift heavy or use lighter weights. The classes are also great for people that have been going to the gym for years or just starting out. Oh ya, 👍 to gentle yoga!
