Terrible place. Scam beware. I went to get pain management assistance, the Doctor Julie Sanarita Did no examination just sent me on way with information about narcotic prescribers and medical marijuana prescribers. Of course they took my insurance for the office visit and my copay and gave me nothing for my pain, No services rendered at all. just gave me useless pamphlets. SCAM BEWARE. Reporting this to my insurance company. They got paid for nothing, not right at all. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!

I am still healing (three weeks out), so my opinion about my completed medical treatment is pending. The medical/nursing staff is excellent, competent, and knowledgeable about the PRP procedure. Dr. Paez is very passionate about his work. He is very invested in educating the patient and suggesting/recommending alternatives to surgical treatment (when appropriate) and traditional medications. Dr. Paez is very focused on physical exercise and stability. My nurse was attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. My patient care coordinator, Ramon, is great. He went beyond after my initial PRP treatment, making sure I got home safe. My only "complaint" and the reason for four stars (My rating is 4.5 stars but .5 was not optional) is there are some limitations in the communication with the telephone staff. One staff member is so soft-spoken I must keep asking her to speak up. Sometimes, I get a call from a service staff member who I think is away from the clinic. I have a few more months to see the progress of my PRP treatment. I am trying to be realistic with the outcome since I am no longer in my 20s. I hope this treatment works because I am surgery-adverse.

Dr Rios is fantastic and I recommend him highly! He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough - very professional and kind. He takes time to listen and evaluate. I so appreciate that he doesn't shuffle me off to an assistant. His office staff is also pleasant and responsive. We have been able to get appointments without excessively long waits. I definitely trust him and plan on staying with him - he is an excellent neurologist. Glad I found him!
