If I could put 6 start I would. Came here for my both knees. The treatment went so smooth and professional, but the most important thing EFFECTIVE! I know this guy for 20yrs when I originally lived here in Miami I got my left knee treated and went perfect!.. Then life changes and I move to Texas. My knees issues continue thru the years, aging, gain weight, lac of sports etc etc..and before thinking of knee replacement surgery I remember Dr. Farschian. I didn’t even hesitate to call and make an appt with Eliana (Adorable lady). Came to Miami and got treated both of my knees. In 2 sessions (2 shots each knee) I feel %70 better with almost no pain and more confident. Dr. Farschian is a Genius in Regenerative Medicine! This guys was doing this treatments back in year 2000 when others “docs” are doing it just now. I will be back September for third treatment since this is way better option then a knee replacement. I do agree that part of this successful treatment is for me to loose some weight since I’m 6 feet 265lbs. Dr. Farshchian is absolutely the most compassionate and knoweldgeable doctor I have ever been to. I have arthritis in my left knee, upper back, and neck of which he has injected all three on separate occasions. Because of his treatments I am now able to exercise without pain and can therefore maintain my overall health without the necessity of surgery. The treatments are non invasive and I recovered fully within a couple of days. After the injections the area is sore but not bothersome and I was able to resume my normal activities the day after. He also gave me certain stretches and movements for the area that would help speed up my recovery. His staff is very attentive and truly try to make my visits as smooth and comfortable as possible.
