After having a complete root tear of the meniscus on my left knee, I learned through a friend of mine that I had an option other than the surgery procedure that is usually always recommended. PROLOTHERAPY. I read the material that Dr. Bond gave me and I agreed that this would be my option. A simple procedure followed up with 6 weeks of INTENTIONAL physical therapy was the ticket to true recovery for my knee. The other clients and staff at the PT were amazed at the progress I was making. I am now back to nearly 100% use of my knee.
