Meet Dr. McRoberts
Born in Seattle, and raised in Kentucky, Dr McRoberts has authored multitudes of research articles and book chapters with nearly 2000 citations. Completing residency training as Chief Resident at Loma Linda University in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he then completed an ACGME Interventional Spine and Surgical Pain Fellowship at Emory University, also as Chief Fellow. He has served as Primary Investigator and research scientist on dozens of FDA primary assessment research trials within the interventional spine, pain and neuromodulation space. He is an expert in micro-invasive spine and spinal decompressive techniques, orthobiologics, percutaneous fracture stabilization, and both chemical and electrical neuromodulation of the spinal cord and peripheral nerves. He has lectured and taught world wide on design and innovation of novel approaches to the treatment of pain and spine disorders. He has performed well over now 56,000 spine and pain surgeries and procedures here in Fort Lauderdale. He is currently the medical director of Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine at Holy Cross Hospital. When not seeing patients, he is an avid sailor, traveler, cyclist, swimmer, free diver and family man.
